In order to be a member, schools must email a data sheet to moderator@milwaukeecfl.org and pay dues.  If your school requires a W-9, it's at the bottom of this page.  A signed data sheet needs to be uploaded to this form: https://forms.gle/pDdJhVj3iG9NxdYa9.
